Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
These terms govern your use of NegotiRate (“the service”, “we”, “us”). By using NegotiRate, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What NegotiRate does
NegotiRate provides benchmark-backed pricing guidance for content creators negotiating brand deals. We analyse publicly available data and industry benchmarks to generate rate ranges, counter-offer scripts, and negotiation guidance.
NegotiRate is not financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional counsel. Our outputs are guidance based on data. You are responsible for your own negotiation decisions and outcomes.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No guarantees on outcomes
We do our best to provide useful, data-driven guidance. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular rate will be accepted by any brand, agency, or other party. Creator rates depend on many factors — some of which are outside our ability to measure.
You use NegotiRate's outputs at your own discretion and risk.
Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Digital products (reports, guides) are non-refundable once delivered. Because the content is delivered instantly and can be copied, we cannot offer refunds after delivery.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, contact us at hello@negotirate.app and we'll sort it out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use NegotiRate for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from NegotiRate in an automated way without our written permission
- Resell or redistribute NegotiRate's outputs commercially without permission
- Interfere with the service's infrastructure or security
Intellectual property
NegotiRate's brand, design, code, and methodology are our intellectual property. Your data remains yours. Reports generated for you are yours to use for personal and professional purposes.
Changes to the service
We may update NegotiRate's features, pricing, or these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we'll give you reasonable notice (via email or an in-app notification). Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NegotiRate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
